Well done on all who ventured out and had a crack this week. A good roll up as always.
Congratulations to Charlie Lionti on his 3rd win in a row for the Under 60 singles. Charlie defeated Phil Cummins in the final.
In the Under 45 Doubles, it was Kelly Groves and Mike Condon winning against Kirby Orr and Ian Chambers.
Kelly showed some nerves of steel with two clinical pegs in the final.
As always a top roll up for these two events. We had 22 having a crack at the open singles and another 23 pairs getting involved in our under 50 average doubles. As you’d expect some really top darts thrown in the open doubles and good to see a few outside the Premier league getting stuck in and giving a few of the big names a run for their money.
Well done too to all players in the under 50 doubles.
On to the results. In the Open Singles, it was the old legend himself Kim Lewis prevailing over Lewis Kirk. Lewis had played some really great darts to beat Pete Pistol Sutton in the semis but couldn’t quite keep it going against Kim who continued some really great for after his semi against fellow Premier Leaguer in Dave Charnock.
In our Under 50 Average Doubles, last years Under 60 Doubles Winners Rod Newman and Graham McKenzie teamed up again and took the chocolates over Peter Palecki and Chris Ooi
As always a top turn out down at Dallies Wednesday night as we hosted our Closed Singles, Under 45 Singles and Under 60 Doubles.
The field included 14 closed singles, 37 under 45 singles and 16 pairs of under 60 doubles players. Thanks everyone for your support and giving it a go. On to the winners and Runners Up:
With some simply sensational darts, congratulations to Tim Pusey (making FDDA his No 1 association for the first time) in defeating Damon Heta

Well done to Cockburn Mens Darts who took out both first and second. Congrats to Gary Wilcox and Danny Hicks for taking out the title over Dave Doody and Craig Johnson
As always a top turn out and a full room for our first tournaments for 2019. We had 16 pairs have a crack at the open doubles and a massive 53 players battle it out for the title of Under 50 Average Singles Champ for 2019.
Congrats to relative newcomer Dean Couling (pictured second from the right) and Mick Zdun for taking out the title over the pairing of young Alec McAvoy and Adam Rowe.
Under 50 Average Singles
Well done to Shane Wright (pictured on the right) with his win over Will Cowie
Maybe the weather kept a few away but regardless, yet another top night down at Dallies for the last two tournament events for 2018.
Our Under 60 Average Singles saw 19 players slug it out whilst the Under 45 Doubles included 38 pairs.
Under 60 Singles

Under 45 Doubles
Winners Martin King and Karl Beadle Runners Up were Ian Chambers and Kirby Orr
The Spearwood Dalmatinac Community and Sports Club was fairly chockers last night as the membership came out in droves to support our Open Singles and Under 50 Average Doubles events.
With a fantastic 32 in the field, Damon Heta eventually came through and took out this years title overcoming veteran Kim Lewis. Damo was in red-hot form all night accounting for Tim Pusey on the way through in the semi-finals.
The Under 50’s Doubles like all of our lower average tournaments was also a full book and a hotly contested affair. Congratulations to eventual winners Len Antunovich and Rob Hawkins who defeated Jimmy Welch and Troy Eddy.
Open Singles – Damon Heta left with Kim Lewis right

Another brilliant turn out by members of the FDDA. More top darts thrown across all events so well done to all.
The big guns (and a few others) who choose to make Fremantle their No 1 association get to compete in this event. Dave Charnock (pictured right below) was the eventual winner over Peter Sutton.
Dave came through after beating Matt Brown in the semi and Peter played very well to overcome Kimmy Lewis in his semi.
Under 45 Singles
Singles winner U45s was Elroy Basnayake (pictured right below) backing up his win in the U50 singles earlier in the year
Runner-up was Steven McCarthy who saw off 5 others to make the finals
Under 60s Doubles
Doubles winners were Graham Mackenzie and Rod Newman from Cockburn Mens Darts (pictured left) . Runners-up were Daniel Larsen and Steve Strnadica
A very big thank you to everyone that turned out to our first ‘Graded’ Singles
and Doubles event last night with 64 x starters in the Singles and 12 x Doubles Pairs.
Under 50 Singles
Newcomer Elroy Basnayake (L) from the Nomads was the eventual
winner in the Under 50 Singles over Glenn Jolly (R) another FDDA
newcomer playing at the Dalmatinac Club…….well done guys.
Graham Parker (L) and Tim Pusey (R) won the coveted Open Doubles
defeating Damon Heta and Dave Charnock in a Best of 11 Final.
With 35 doubles teams down at Dallies last night in made for a wonderful full room. Great to see so many teams having a crack and supporting the association.
Our winners on the night were Shane Wright and Daniel Sesko who got over the line against Jimmy Welch and Gareth Hill. Nice work lads.
