The Spearwood Dalmatinac Club was a buzz last night as another fantastic crowd turned out for the 2nd graded event of the year, the Under 45 Singles and Under 60 Doubles.

Fifty five men and women battled it out in the singles with some great darts thrown and some of the favourites being knocked out early.  The Dalmatinac Club’s Dave Stanley and the Italian Club’s Vince Galati both played solidly all night and faced off in the final with ‘Mr 57’, Vince Galati finally taking the honours.

The Under 60 Doubles also saw some great match ups throughout the night with many of the games going to the final 5th Leg. The ‘Kardy Kats’ pairing of Mark Walsh and Aaron Nicholas were consistant all night and deserved their place in the final against the steady Dalmatinac Club’s Gary Hunter and Paul Brotherston with the latter proving a smidgeon too strong, eventually taking out the title.
